Duct Cleaning

Having a clean duct system promotes a healthy living environment. Additionally, it improves the efficiency of your heating & cooling system and helps to lower operating costs. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the average home has 2 to 5 times higher concentrations of pollutants than outdoor air. Dirty ducts and HVAC equipment can be full of dirt, lint, pollen, mold, pet dander, and other nasty contaminants.

While regular maintenance & filter changes sure help, over time build-up in your system will still occur. Ducting should be cleaned every 3-5 years. If you haven’t had yours cleaned in a while, you may be surprised to see what has accumulated over the years.

When was the last time you had your ducts cleaned?
